Halloween is my favorite time of year!! At Disneyland it's no exception. The decorations are fun and the themed treats are better than ever. Every year they tend to step up their game.
Below are some of the Disneyland Halloween treats I have gotten since I became a passholder. They are all amazing in their own way.
Hitch Hiking Ghost Blue Velvet Cupcake (2018 New Orleans Cafe): It was so moist and there were blue berries on top. Because it was blue it did stain your teeth for a while.
Enchanted Black Rose Mousse (2018 Red Rose Tavern): Inside is raspberry compote which is a great balance to the dark chocolate mousse.
Apple Slush (Back Hollywood Lot 2018): I can't remember the exact name of the drink but it was an alcohol slush from the Back Lot Studio in Disney California Adventure. Of course the poison apple glow cube was a big bonus.
Oogie Boogie Funnel Cake Fries (2019 Award Weiners): If I had to choose a favorite it would probably be the funnel cake fries. They have a cookies and cream frosting/topping that's buried underneath and it's rich. The candies and gummy worms are a fun extra touch that gives it the extra Oogie Boogie touch in addition to the green frosting on top.
A part of the seasonal treats includes cake pops! It's one of my favorite treats-small and delicious. I love to grab one on my way out and have it for breakfast the next morning so I can have a little Disney magic at home. Below are a few of the Halloween ones I have gotten over the past couple years. My favorite is the purple bubbling cauldron. The purple 'bubbling' candies is the sweetest touch.
