Yesterday was opening day for Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure at Disneyland! Here's part 1 of my opening day vlog! Let's take our first steps into the new land!
Here are my first thoughts on the land!
While the day was long and hot and there was a lot of waiting, the land was still a blast to explore.
There were a couple things I wanted to highlight:
The Land
-Disney has always been good about theming lands but lately they have been even better.
-Avengers Campus is beautiful and is stunning both during the day and at night.
The Ride
-I was fortunate enough to be able to get a boarding pass for Web Slingers
-The ride is so much fun
-The pre-show is very entertaining. (It involves chaos and I thoroughly enjoyed it)
-The ride is like Midway Mania but more more fun, interactive and physical
-Be prepared for sore arms when you're done
The People
-There are so many super heroes to meet and in so many areas
-I really enjoyed watching Thor and Loki interact with recruits and each other
-The cast member outfits are also amazing
The Food
-Mobile order as much as you can as early as you can as mobile order sells out quick
-While I didn't get to try much food, I got to try both Terran Treats options available and enjoyed them
-I also got to try the X-Periment at Pym Tasting Lab
-I can't wait to try more food and drinks in the land!
That's a quick summary for now. It's all I have the brain power for at the moment as I got a little too much sun today.
I will pull myself and my thoughts together over the weekend after I post the first vlog and put a more comprehensive review on the land together for you.
