Today marks my two year anniversary of becoming a Disneyland Annual Passholder. It's hard to believe it's been two years.

It's also hard to believe it's been over 5 months since the park closed. I will have to celebrate once the parks open again. Perhaps I will celebrate with fried chicken at the Plaza Inn on Main Street, which I have yet to experience. I will definitely need to get a cupcake as well.

In these two years, I have had so many fun adventures and experienced my share of Disney magic. I have made friends and met up with friends at the parks. I even made a friend from Alaska! I will cherish these memories and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I just hope I can continue those adventures soon.

When I first got my pass, I wasn't too familiar with the parks. I still was figuring out where everything was and the best ways to travel between lands. Now I know the park by heart and have showed many friends around.

I know things have changed and the park experience will be different at least for the foreseeable future. However, these past few months have shown me not to take things for granted.

Disneyland is truly a place where anyone of any age can be a kid. You can forget your worries and immerse yourself in a land of imagination. I didn't realize how much it kept me sane until the park closed back in March.
